Bridge Organisation for Development and Humanitarian Relief Closing Down Curtains on its Immediate and First Aids Workshop.
Bridge Organisation for Development and Humanitarian Relief completed a workshop, including training session, on immediate and first aids in Erbil. The workshop was attended by a group of young and college students and they were trained, professionally, to deal with emergencies. The organisatiom information master, Ahmed Subhi, mentioned that “the trainees were now able to perform the role of a paramedic on emergency cases and how to deal with injuries, a practical part the workshop focused on”. He added that “the workshop included methods of dealing with such cases as suffocations and burnings in order to reduce the danger of the injuries intensity.
Dr. Nbz Mirani, a first aids trainer, emphasised on the ability to create dependable paramedics to perform first aids to the injured. He stated that the practical part of the workshop depended on a field-related plan which can be applied in hospitals and health centres in Erbil.
The organisation ended its workshop by providing the trainees with participation certificates and a globally approved curriculum on first aids training.
