Bridge Organisation for Development and Humanitarian Relief
organised a training workshop on “Writing Press News, Press Reports and Basics of Photojournalism”. The training workshop, which took place in Erbil, was attended by a group of students, some of whom were graduates of the Media Department, some were Media devotees, along with fresh trainees in Media.
According to the lecturer of this workshop (Ahmed Subhi), it was certified that this workshop was applied in two discipline (theoritical and practical).
The theoritical part and part-one of the practical discipline took place in the training hall, whereas the second practical descipline is to be a visit to displacement camps; in addition to tackling the political news in Erbil and then discussing those ideas in the training hall attended by all to come up with the best media formula possible.
The other side the workshop concentrated upon was to providing work necesseties of practical journalism whose practicality is a major stone as well as the obsevences required to be accunted for in order to be a successful reporter. The focus was on operating humanitarian coverages as Bridge Organisation for Development and Humanitarian Relief is concerned with humanitarian labor with its two segments, “Relied and Human Development”; and this is one of the human development projects the organisation aims to provide occasionally. Additionally, the organisation is working on various projects regarding media on the one hand and human development on the other hand.
